Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reflect Daily (the "App"), provided by Highland Perks LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Reflect Daily is a personal journaling app for tracking your mood, gratitude, reflections, and goals. All content you create is stored locally on your device — see our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Not medical or mental health advice

Reflect Daily is a personal journaling and reflection tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, psychological, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a licensed professional, your local emergency services, or a crisis line in your country immediately.

3. Your account and content

Reflect Daily does not require creating an account. Any content you create in the app (entries, photos, goals) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it, and — because it's stored only on your device — we have no ability to access, view, or use it.

4. Subscriptions

Reflect Daily offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Premium") with the following plans, prices, and terms:

• Annual plan — $29.99/year (US)
• Monthly plan — $2.99/month (US)
• Lifetime — $99.99 once (US), a single purchase that does not renew

New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. Prices in other countries are set in local currency and may differ; introductory offers, when available, are shown in the App Store. The price you will pay is always shown before you confirm. After a free trial ends without a subscription, you can still read and export the entries you have already written.

By subscribing to the annual or monthly plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following, as required by Apple:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's own policies — we do not process refunds directly.

Subscription prices are subject to change; we'll provide notice as required by applicable law before any change takes effect for existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The App itself — its design, code, and branding — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data loss will never occur — we strongly encourage using the built-in Export feature to keep your own backup.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may update or discontinue features of the App at our discretion, with notice where reasonably practicable.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
